Evolution Architecture is proud to partner with Lodging Capital Partners and Hilton Worldwide as the Architect of Record for the ongoing Embassy Suites renovation in Tukwila, WA. Evolution is working with the interior designer, Cole, Martinez, Curtis, out of Marina Del Rey, California to implement the new brand image.
Changes to the hotel interior include a complete renovation of the atrium area and food and beverage upgrades for their complimentary breakfast and evening cocktails. The lobby, meeting rooms, and corridors are also receiving a substantial face lift. Abbott Construction has been selected as the general contractor.
Additional partners on this project include Associated Earth Sciences, CMA Restaurant Supply & Design, Cooper Riley, Swenson Say Faget, as well as the wonderful staff at the Embassy Suites.
